If you're planning to use this for coffee enemas, read our guide first. The two things that cause harm are temperature and frequency: insufficiently cooled liquid burns rectal tissue, and repeated daily use risks electrolyte disturbance and dehydration. Rare deaths have been linked to excessive use. None of that makes an enema kit dangerous in itself — it makes those two variables worth taking seriously, and worth mentioning to your GP. Don't use an enema if you have an acute bowel condition, recent bowel surgery, or symptoms you haven't had looked at.

What you're paying for
A 2L home enema kit in 100% medical-grade, non-toxic silicone, suitable for water, tea or coffee enemas. It comes with spare tips, a hook, an extra-long hose so you can position it in any bathroom, and a waterproof carry bag. Setup takes under a minute.
We stock it because clients ask where to get a decent one, and the cheap kits sold online are often the wrong material with a hose too short to use comfortably. An enema is a different thing from a colonic rather than a smaller version of one — it reaches the rectum and sigmoid colon, roughly the last portion of the bowel, where a colonic covers the full length with a practitioner adjusting it as it goes. For occasional constipation at home, a kit like this is a reasonable and inexpensive place to start. Our guide comparing colonics, enemas and coffee enemas sets out where each one actually fits — it's linked from the blog.
Paying here settles the price and reserves a kit. Collect it from reception — we don't post orders, so nothing is shipped and no delivery charge applies.
