This one is refrigerated at 2–8°C and it does not survive an afternoon in a warm car — collect it when you can take it more or less straight home to a fridge, or tell us at reception and we'll hold it for a day you're coming in anyway. One honest heads-up on the fibre: 5g of guar gum arriving at a gut that isn't used to it can mean a few days of wind and fullness while things adjust. That settles. If it doesn't, stop and talk to your practitioner. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

What you're paying for
UltraFlora GI Regulate is two things in one neutral-tasting powder: Lactobacillus plantarum 299v at 20 billion CFU a serve, and 5g of partially hydrolysed guar gum, a soluble fibre low enough in FODMAPs to suit people who react to most of them. The label indicates it for supporting healthy bowel function and for reducing the symptoms of constipation and irritable bowel syndrome.
It dissolves clear and tastes of nothing, which is the practical reason people stay on it. A fibre you have to chew your way through gets abandoned in week two.
It lives in the fridge. Paying here reserves a tub from our refrigerated stock — collect it from reception and get it home to a fridge. We don't post orders, and this is one we could not post even if we did.
- 150g neutral-flavoured oral powder — around 30 serves
- Each 5g serve: Lactobacillus plantarum 299v 20 billion CFU, partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG) 5g
- Label directions: 2½ metric teaspoons (5g) stirred into 200mL of water until dissolved, once daily
- Low in FODMAPs and vegan. Free from dairy protein, lactose, egg, gluten, wheat, nuts, soy protein, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives
- Store at 2–8°C. Refrigerate, do not freeze
- Collected from the clinic during opening hours — never posted

- Paying here reserves it in your name; we'll hold it in the fridge for 14 days.
- For cold-chain reasons we can't take a refrigerated product back once it has left the clinic, unless it is faulty. We have no way of knowing how warm it got.
