What you're paying for
Lactobacillus plantarum 299v at 20 billion CFU a serve, with 5g of partially hydrolysed guar gum, a soluble fibre low enough in FODMAPs to suit people who react to most of them. It dissolves clear and tastes of nothing, stirred into 200mL of water once a day, and 150g is around thirty serves. Kept here at 2–8°C, and posted or collected from the clinic.

- Serving suggestion: 2½ metric teaspoons (5g) stirred into 200mL of water until dissolved, once daily

Before you pay
- This one is refrigerated. We hold it at 2–8°C and post it to you, or keep it here until you collect it. Once it reaches you, keep it in the fridge.
- Paying here reserves it in your name; we'll hold it in the fridge for 14 days.
- For cold-chain reasons we can't take a refrigerated product back once it has left the clinic, unless it is faulty. We have no way of knowing how warm it got.

Posted orders go out the same or next day. If you're collecting, it's ready at reception at 3/68 Melville Road, Brunswick West, the same day if it is in stock, otherwise from the next business day. Your confirmation email has the details.
