Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. This contains vitamin A, and the label carries the warning that taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects, so if you are pregnant or planning to be, this is not one to take, and if you already take anything else containing vitamin A, count them together rather than separately. It is also for mild allergy only: it is not a treatment for asthma or for severe allergic reactions.

What you're paying for
Glutamine and choline with zinc, vitamins A and D, and extracts of shiitake, reishi, baical skullcap, perilla and milk thistle, which the label indicates for mild allergy relief and healthy immune activity including allergic rhinitis.
