Once you have booked

  • We send an SMS reminder the day before your booking, usually around midday.
  • Your appointment is a full hour, with a 30 to 40 minute treatment inside it, in a private room with its own ensuite.
  • There are a few things worth doing in the day or two beforehand. How to prepare covers all of it.
  • To cancel or reschedule, call (03) 9388 0080 any time up to the day before. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments are charged at the full cost of the booked service.
