Refunds Policy

We aim to provide a high standard of care and customer service. If you’re not satisfied with your experience or purchase, please review the following refund terms.

1. Services Provided by Independent Practitioners

All health practitioners at our facility operate as independent businesses. Each practitioner is responsible for managing their own bookings, payments, and refund policies.

If you have concerns about a service you received, please contact your practitioner directly. The clinic administration is not responsible for issuing refunds for services delivered by independent contractors.

2. Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

To respect our practitioners’ time and availability, we require notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellation timeframes may vary by practitioner, so please check when booking.

Failure to attend a booked appointment or provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any pre-paid amount.

3. Refunds for Products

Refunds for physical products (such as pillows, supports, or health items) are available if the item:

  • Is unused and in original packaging

  • Is returned within 14 days of purchase

  • Is accompanied by proof of purchase

We do not offer refunds for items that have been used, damaged after purchase, or are returned outside the 14-day window unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it. We may request photos or a return of the item before processing a refund or replacement.

5. Digital Products and Vouchers

Refunds are not available for gift vouchers or downloadable resources unless required by law.

6. Discretionary Refunds

In rare cases, we may offer a discretionary refund for services or goods if we believe it is fair to do so. Please speak with reception or your practitioner if you have any concerns — we’re here to help.
