Always read the label and follow the directions for use
Activated charcoal binds what's in the gut, medicine included, so take the whole program two hours apart from any prescription medication, and check with your prescriber first if you take something where steady levels matter. Charcoal darkens the stool, which is expected. Lower Bowel Stimulant works by prompting the bowel wall to contract, so it's made for a defined month rather than ongoing use. Drink plenty of water while you're on it, and don't take it if you have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea. Not for children under 12, and not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
