Bloating, pain and a changed bowel habit are also how conditions that need looking into announce themselves, if nobody has looked into yours, tell us and we will refer you. Refrigerated at 2–8°C. If you're collecting, come when you can get it home to a fridge. If symptoms persist, worsen or episodes become more frequent, consult with your health professional.

One strain and nothing else, Lactobacillus plantarum 299v at 20 billion CFU a capsule, which the label indicates for pain, discomfort, bloating and excessive gas in irritable bowel syndrome a doctor has confirmed, and for mild gastrointestinal inflammation. Metagenics sold it as UltraFlora GI Soothe until the rename; the capsule is the same one. Two pack sizes, AUST L 467967, kept here at 2–8°C, and posted or collected from the clinic.

Before you pay
- This one is refrigerated. We hold it at 2–8°C and post it to you, or keep it here until you collect it. Once it reaches you, keep it in the fridge.
- Paying here reserves it in your name; we'll hold it in the fridge for 14 days.
- For cold-chain reasons we can't take a refrigerated product back once it has left the clinic, unless it is faulty. We have no way of knowing how warm it got.
