Always read the label and follow the directions for use
Two label warnings worth reading before you start. This contains vitamin B6, and the label says to stop taking it if you experience tingling, burning or numbness — that is nerve irritation from too much B6, it is dose-related, and it is the reason to count any other B-complex or magnesium supplement you're already on rather than stacking them. It also carries 100mg of potassium a dose, which matters if you take blood pressure medication or have a kidney condition, so check with your doctor or pharmacist first. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

What you're paying for
MetaRelax is the powder Metagenics used to sell as CalmX. It is magnesium bisglycinate — 350mg of equivalent magnesium a dose — with taurine, glutamine, potassium, calcium, zinc, vitamin C and the B group. The label indicates it for relieving the symptoms of stress, supporting a healthy stress response, and maintaining nervous system function.
Tropical and raspberry are the same product in two flavours at the same price, so pick the one you'll actually keep drinking.
