Always read the label and follow the directions for use
This contains vitamin B6, and the label says to stop taking it if you experience tingling, burning or numbness, that is dose-related nerve irritation, so count any other B-complex or magnesium supplement you already take rather than stacking them. It also carries 100mg of potassium a dose, which matters if you take blood pressure medication or have a kidney condition; consult with your health professional before you start. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

What you're paying for
The powder Metagenics used to sell as CalmX: 350mg of equivalent magnesium a dose, with taurine, glutamine, potassium, calcium, zinc, vitamin C and the B group, which the label indicates for relieving the symptoms of stress and maintaining nervous system function. Two level scoops in 200mL of water twice daily, and 482g is around 38 doses. Tropical and raspberry are the same product at the same price, AUST L 463878 and AUST L 491572.
