What you're paying for
Your first appointment is booked for a full hour with one of our colonic hydrotherapists. It starts with pre-screening and a review of your health history so we can confirm colonic hydrotherapy is appropriate for you, followed by a clear explanation of the procedure and then the session itself — provided no contraindications are identified.
- A full hour, one-to-one with a qualified practitioner
- Closed-system treatment in a private room with its own ensuite
- Pre-screening and health-history review before anything begins
- Aftercare advice tailored to what your practitioner observes on the day
Before you pay
- Payment secures the session fee. You still need to choose an appointment time — we'll link you straight to the booking calendar after checkout.
- If pre-screening identifies a contraindication and the session can't proceed, the fee is refunded in full.
- Same-day cancellations and missed appointments incur a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.

After you pay
You'll get a confirmation email with a link straight to the booking calendar. Choose a time that suits you, or call (03) 9388 0080 and we'll book it with you. Your payment is held against your appointment either way — it doesn't expire if you book a week later.
