- Not redeemable for cash and not reloadable.
- The recipient completes pre-screening like any other first-time client.
- Same-day cancellations and missed appointments incur a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.
- Lost or stolen cards can be reissued if we can identify the original purchase, quote the purchaser's name and order number.
