What you're paying for
A gift voucher lets the person you're giving it to book whatever suits them, rather than committing them to a particular session in advance. It can be put towards any consultation, infusion or product at the clinic, and it's redeemed by quoting the voucher code when they book. Choose an amount below, tell us who it's for, and it'll be emailed as a printable voucher once payment clears.
- Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase — the expiry date is printed on the voucher
- Redeemable against any consultation, infusion or product
- Emailed to the recipient with your message, or to you to hand over in person
- If the booking comes to more than the voucher, the difference is simply paid on the day
Voucher conditions
- Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, as required under Australian Consumer Law.
- No fees are charged against the voucher after purchase — its value doesn't reduce over time.
- Redeemable against services and products at the clinic. Not redeemable for cash and not reloadable.
- Partial redemption is fine — the remaining balance stays on the voucher until it's used or expires.
- The recipient still completes pre-screening like any other client. If a contraindication means treatment can't go ahead, the voucher's value stays available for anything else we offer.
- Lost or stolen vouchers can be reissued if we can identify the original purchase — quote the purchaser's name and order number.
