What We Help With

From constipation to hormone imbalance, our Melbourne colonic hydrotherapy clinic helps people feel lighter and clearer.

  • Bloating, gas & sluggish digestion

  • Constipation or incomplete bowel movements

  • Detox support during cleanses or fasting

  • Skin concerns like acne or dullness

  • Low energy or brain fog

  • Supports hormone balance by improving liver and bowel function — both essential for eliminating excess hormones like oestrogen.

  • Detoxing in preparation for preconception & fertility

  • Resetting after antibiotics or illness

  • Supporting gut health & microbiome balance

  • Post-chemo recovery (requires careful consideration as not everyone is a colonic candidate).
  • IBS or diverticulitis (requires careful consideration as not everyone is a colonic candidate).

Every person’s reason is different. Whether you’re seeking relief, a health reset, or better energy — we’re here to support your goals.

What Your First Visit Includes

We take the time to understand your medical history & health goals

Your initial colonic consultation includes a private, one-on-one pre-screening with your practitioner to review your health history, current symptoms, and any potential contraindications.

You’ll receive a clear explanation of the procedure, have time to ask questions, and your practitioner will tailor the session to your comfort and health needs. If you’re a suitable candidate, treatment will proceed during the same visit.

If any red flags are identified, we won’t proceed. Instead, you’ll receive honest guidance, referrals if needed, and support on your next steps. Your wellbeing always comes first.

Please note: colonic infusions (such as coffee, probiotics, or herbal blends) are not included in your first session. We begin with a standard colonic to observe how your body responds before introducing any additions — ensuring the best experience and outcome for you.

Fees

At our Melbourne colonic hydrotherapy clinic, we believe in honest, upfront pricing and real value. Every session is delivered by a qualified practitioner with additional training in naturopathy, nutrition, or allied health — so you’re always in capable hands.
