Refunds Policy

We’re committed to delivering high-quality care and a positive client experience. If you’re not satisfied with a product or service, the following refund policy outlines your options and responsibilities.

1. Services Delivered by Independent Practitioners

All health services offered at our clinic are provided by independent practitioners who operate their own businesses. Each practitioner manages their own appointment, billing, and refund policies.

If you have concerns about a service you received, please contact your practitioner directly. The clinic’s administration does not issue refunds for practitioner services.

2. Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

Each appointment reserves one full hour of a practitioner’s time. Late cancellations and missed appointments significantly affect availability for other clients and result in lost time and income for your practitioner.

Cancellations made on the same day — including those involving colonic infusions — are not eligible for refunds and will be charged the full session fee.

To avoid charges, please cancel by calling (03) 9388 0080 any time the day before your scheduled appointment.

3. Refunds for Products

Refunds are available on retail products purchased through our centre under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

We cannot offer refunds for items that are used, damaged after purchase, or returned after the 14-day period — unless required under Australian Consumer Law. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

f you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may ask for photos or for the item to be returned prior to issuing a refund or replacement.

5. Digital Products and Vouchers

Refunds are not available for downloadable items or gift vouchers, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Discretionary Refunds

In rare situations, discretionary refunds may be granted if deemed appropriate. If you feel something wasn’t right, please reach out — we’ll listen and do our best to resolve the issue.
